Design - Technical Assistance

Maclan can advise on component design resulting in the most effective solution to your moulding needs. If necessary it can provide component drawings of the product. It encourages close working relationships with your own designers to ensure that your development is as near 'right first time' as possible

Prototyping - Fast Turn Around

Maclan can provide product prototypes allowing you the luxury of being able to see your component in solid form prior to hard tooling being laid down. This can be achieved through the use of Maclan's successful soft tooling facilities which made it possible to manufacture 50 instrument bezels for British Aerospace R&D.

Development - Full Flexibility

Maclan can develop and modify designs to meet your absolute latest requirements without the need to retool. Our soft tooling facilities allow full flexibility in your component design. BOC healthcare utilised this service for various components on its TEC 5 vapouriser project

Production - No Minumum Quantities
