| Our fully auto moulding machines range from 18T to 110T Neggri bossi machines and we have a maximum shot weight 160g (potential component weight) Which will accept most conventional mould tools with a 4inch mounting ring.We would be happy to sample your existing mould tool so that you can see the quality of parts we produce and we can give you accurate cost of the parts based on actual real time running of your mould tool.
If any refurbishment is required this can be carried out quickly and cost effectively in our own in house toolroom. Once samples have been approved, our customer’s mould tools are stored ready for production orders of plastic parts as and when required. Our average delivery time is 3 weeks from order. |
